What is Pausing?

Pausing is a live, 15-minute Zoom session that offers a moment to slow down.

When you join, your screen and mic stay off. Helzie - your host - is the only one visible, gently guiding you through a visual meditation followed by silence. It’s a space to soften, notice and simply be.

You’ll receive the Zoom link before each session. All you need to do is show up - wherever you are.

Where are you Pausing?

How Pausing Works

It’s simple, flexible and designed for real life.

    Choose the subscription that fits you - Starter (6 sessions/month), Core (12 sessions/month), or Drop-In (one-off).

  2. Join Live Sessions
    We meet on Zoom three times a week:

    Monday 6:15AM – Morning Energiser

    Tuesday 8:00PM – Evening Wind-Down

    Thursday 7:15AM – Morning Energiser

    I’ll send the Zoom link 15 minutes before each session - just click and join from wherever you are.

  3. Feel the Shift
    After each session, take a moment to reflect in your Pause.
